At Praha Village, our mission is to care for residents, support team members, serve the community, and be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us. Living out that mission every day takes dedicated and compassionate leadership.
We’re grateful for a team of leaders who help make Praha Village a welcoming place to call home.
It starts with our Housing Director, Tammy.
Tammy is known for her calm, steady approach and her open-door leadership style. Residents, families, and team members know they can come to her with questions, concerns, or ideas. She listens carefully and works to make decisions that benefit both the people she serves and the long-term success of our community.
But if you compliment Tammy on her leadership, she’ll quickly redirect the praise.
“It’s the team,” she’ll say.
And she’s right.
Alongside Tammy, leaders Ashley, Sharon, Sarah, Chris, Randi, Marlyn, and Vicki each bring their own strengths and perspectives to Praha Village. Together, they create a culture built on teamwork, respect, and resident-centered care.
Their focus is on the people who call Praha Village home.
Whether supporting residents in independent living, helping families explore assisted living options, or ensuring personalized support for those who may need memory care, the leadership team works to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Just as importantly, they make Praha Village a great place to work. Their encouragement, collaboration, and sense of humor help build a supportive environment where team members can thrive.

About Us:
Praha Village’s strong ties to New Prague are evident first and foremost in its name, which was chosen by people who live and work nearby. Praha is one of the original names of New Prague and Village represents a small community or group of houses, which evokes a sense of belonging. This community was created to celebrate the town’s past and future—along with its commitment to the older adults who add so much to all our lives.
Praha Village is a ministry of Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization with a long history of brining healing, compassion and renewal to older adults.
